Core Values
The Holy Scriptures were transmitted by Jewish people and have been faithfully passed down to us through the centuries.
The world therefore owes the Jewish people a very great debt, for wherever these Scriptures have come they have brought the blessings of light, joy and peace.
Out of gratitude to them and in partial repayment of our debt, His Word for His People, along with The Society for Distributing Hebrew Scriptures (SDHS) exist to provide Jewish people worldwide with a free copy of the Holy Scriptures in bilingual format, that is, in Hebrew and in the reader’s daily tongue.
